AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Pear Tree Co.,Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). We operate the mobile application Shepherd Girl (the "App"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Pear Tree Co.,Ltd., concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as trademarks, service marks, and logos (the "Marks").

IN-APP PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

The Services may include in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions provided through Apple In-App Purchases. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

We do not manage payments or billing information directly. All payment-related matters, including refunds where applicable, are handled by Apple in accordance with its terms and policies.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Legal Terms and that your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
• Impersonate another user or entity.

USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Services may allow limited user-generated content such as usernames or in-game messages. Any such content may be visible to other users within the App and is treated as non-confidential.
