AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Pear Tree Co.,Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us", "our"). We operate the mobile application Shepherd Girl (the "App"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Pear Tree Co.,Ltd.. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

The Services are intended for users aged 13 or older. Minors must have parental or guardian consent.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, including code, designs, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable laws.

IN-APP PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

The Services may include in-app purchases and subscriptions via Apple. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Services.
• Disrupt servers or systems.
• Impersonate another user or entity.
• Post abusive, offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior.
• Hate speech or discrimination.
• Sexual or inappropriate content.
• Spam or deceptive behavior.

USER GENERATED CONTENT

The Services may include user-generated content such as usernames, chat messages, or other interactions.

Users are solely responsible for their content. The Company does not guarantee its accuracy or integrity.

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive users.

REPORTING AND BLOCKING

Users can report inappropriate content and block other users directly within the application.

All reports are reviewed and appropriate action may be taken. We are not obligated to disclose the outcome.

ENFORCEMENT

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and restrict access without notice if these Terms are violated.

MONITORING

We may monitor user activity to maintain service integrity and prevent abuse.

DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company is not liable for damages arising from use of the Services.
